I still don't forget the 1st time I used a bond builder on a Jstomer who had driven her blonde highlights a coloration too far. Her hair looked like crepe paper whilst wet, fraying on the ends with that telltale stretch-and-snap. We did a careful coloration correction paired with a bond-constructing hair treatment, and the shift used to be prompt.
